The classes are warm and friendly and are open to people of all level and experience.

There is ample parking near Planet Yoga and if you are a complete beginner to Yoga then we are on hand to help and guide you, you can even take time to relax after the classes and enjoy a herbal drink or a chat in the Yoga lounge.
